Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kikaku's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Kikaku provides application hosting, server management, and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or negatively impact our infrastructure or other users. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting DDoS attacks, distributing illegal content, sending spam, infringing intellectual property rights, engaging in cryptocurrency mining, or consuming excessive resources that degrade service performance for others.

5. Payment & Billing

All paid services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in service suspension or termination without prior notice. We reserve the right to reclaim resources from unpaid services.

5.1 Refund Policy

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date. Any applicable fees, including payment processing fees, are non-refundable.

6. Uptime & SLA

We guarantee 99.0% uptime for all paid plans. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, service credits may be issued upon request. The Dev (free) plan does not include an uptime guarantee.

7. Data & Backups

While we perform automated backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own data backups. We are not liable for data loss due to user error.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kikaku is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
